Overview of Fiber Bond Rigid Pad

The firm media resists sagging and supports dependable airflow, while integrated Spor-Ax® antimicrobial protection inhibits microbial growth. Ideal for quick-turn solutions, these rigid sheets reduce lead times and eliminate the need for pre-cut or flimsy panels.
Built-In Antimicrobial Protection
Spor-Ax® technology is permanently embedded in the media during manufacturing, preventing mold, mildew, algae, and fungi from colonizing the filter. Unlike sprayed-on treatments, it won’t fade or wash off, ensuring continuous microbial protection and helping maintain better indoor air quality throughout the filter’s service life.

The polyester-viscose media holds its shape even under airflow pressure or after trimming.
