Overview of Aerostar GeoPleat
The Aerostar GeoPleat is engineered for superior efficiency in a space-saving design, delivering MERV 11–15 performance in a compact 4" frame. Ideal for rooftop units, VAV systems, and other tight installations, it reduces energy use, extends filter life, and provides moisture-resistant durability for demanding HVAC applications.
High Efficiency in a Compact Frame
Offering MERV 11–15 performance, the GeoPleat captures more contaminants with lower pressure drop than standard pleats. Its expanded media area outperforms even some 12" filters while meeting LEED MERV 13 efficiency requirements, ensuring longer service life and improved system performance in space-limited HVAC environments.
Energy-Saving Synthetic Media
Dual-density synthetic media and precision pleating technology reduce airflow resistance, lowering energy consumption without sacrificing air quality. This energy-efficient design provides long-term cost savings in commercial, healthcare, and industrial systems where both performance and sustainability are critical.
Durable, Moisture-Resistant Construction
With a high-impact plastic frame and robust synthetic media, the GeoPleat resists tearing, microbial growth, and collapse under pressure. Rated for up to 150°F and moisture-prone conditions, it is built to handle rooftop units, VAV systems, and environments subject to airflow fluctuations.
