The Camfil Riga-Flo combines durable construction with high-efficiency media to deliver consistent air quality in energy-conscious HVAC systems. High-Efficiency Filtration with Extended Life
Riga-Flo filters provide MERV 11, 13, and 14 efficiency, capturing a wide range of airborne particles. The depth-loading glass media maximizes dust-holding capacity, allowing for longer service intervals and stable airflow. Even in high-traffic or variable air volume applications, this filter maintains consistent filtration, reduces energy consumption, and ensures cleaner indoor air over time.
Reinforced Pleat Design for Structural Integrity
The bonded media backing and tapered radial pleats preserve structural uniformity under fluctuating airflow conditions. This design prevents pleat flutter, fiber migration, and air bypass—common causes of reduced efficiency in high-velocity or cycling HVAC systems. By maintaining the pleat shape, Riga-Flo sustains filtration performance and protects HVAC components from premature wear.
Durable, Corrosion-Resistant Construction
Built with a galvanized steel frame and diagonal internal braces, Riga-Flo withstands high pressures up to 10” w.g. without warping or failure. Plastic contour stabilizers on both air entry and exit sides further protect the media against turbulence, ensuring consistent airflow. This robust construction delivers long-term reliability in commercial, industrial, and energy-optimized VAV systems.
