Flowstar HEPA Diffuser

Flowstar’s design enables quick, secure filter changes from inside the room without tools. Spring-loaded retention tabs, alignment features, and tool-free installation simplify maintenance, reducing downtime and labor costs. By allowing room-side service, the diffuser eliminates the need for disruptive access above ceilings while ensuring consistent, high-efficiency filtration performance.

Equipped with HEPA (99.99% @ 0.3 μm) or ULPA (99.9995% @ 0.12 μm) filters, the Flowstar diffuser provides superior particle capture with low resistance. Wet-laid micro fiberglass media and Sentinel Pleat Technology maximize dust-holding capacity while maintaining uniform airflow, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biotech, and aerospace cleanrooms where air purity is paramount.

Built with anodized extruded aluminum, mitered corners, and polyurethane seals, the Flowstar ensures leak-free performance under high airflow conditions. Optional pack depths, screen materials, dampers, insulation, and downstream gaskets allow the diffuser to adapt to varied applications without compromising certification readiness, airflow uniformity, or the integrity of critical cleanroom environments.
